Switzerland projected the Indian flag on it’s most famous mountain, Matterhorn to show solidarity and a message of hope for all of us.
Matterhorn is one of the historic mountain situated in the alps and is one of the highest summit in Europe. In normal days, it is full of tourists and now it is deserted.
The whole world is facing the wrath of covid-19 that’s why this was done. India too is helping other countries including Europe amid the coronavirus.
Several other countries flags including India was lit up by the renowned Swiss artist Gery Hofsetter on this 14,690 feet mountain.
The tricolor was projected in such a way that it stood along the horizon amid the border between Switzerland and Italy.
